Bio-One Houston Sponsors First Responder Softball Tournament in Missouri City, TX
Bio-One Houston was a major sponsor this weekend for the "Survival of the Fittest" First Responder Softball Tournament in Missouri City, TX, with all proceeds benefiting domestic violence awareness and breast cancer research.
George Morrison (pictured at right below), the owner of Bio-One Houston, addressed the players at the opening ceremony to remind the first responders in attendance that Bio-One Houston is here when families need us, after any death, crime, or trauma related event in which blood or other biohazards require cleaning and decontamination. We are also there to help with hoarding remediation, animal waste problems, and other biohazardous situations.
The teams consisted of police officers and fire and rescue personnel, and the Missouri City Fire Department team won first place! George cheered on the teams and gave out Bio-One hand disinfectrs and business cards during and after the tournament, so that first responders would know whom to call if and when they encountered a family in need of our services.
Bio-One Houston is here and ready to help 24/7/365!
